Johannes Nöldeke has been committed to the acquisition, development and sale of real estate for all types of use for over 16 years. Due to various functions, his experience matches his know-how, which encompasses the technical and economic factors of all real estate life-cycles.
From 2012 to 2019, he worked for BEOS AG, where he was involved in numerous complex transactions and project developments of between EUR 10 million and EUR 600 million. Most recently, he established the construction management for BEOS AG and supervised project developments and construction projects throughout the Federal Republic together with his team. His core competence is the conception of sustainable and resilient projects with added value for all stakeholders.
Johannes Nöldeke holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Zurich (CUREM) and a degree as a qualified engineer (in architecture) from the University of Kassel. He lectures at the EBS Wiesbaden and at the University of Regensburg.
Sebastian Pijnenburg has worked in the real estate sector for more than 13 years and has extensive experience in the acquisition, development and sale of commercial real estate, also including sound knowledge of letting and transaction management.
Between 2011 and 2019, Sebastian Pijnenburg worked for BEOS AG, from 2016 onwards as head of the Berlin branch. During this time, he and his team of around ten experts worked with numerous external service providers on asset and unit-deal transactions as well as complex project developments to the value of more than EUR 1.10 billion. He contributes his core competence of the ability to plan the economic dynamics of a project.
Sebastian Pijnenburg holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from the Technical University of Berlin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Mainz Higher Education College. Today, he lectures at the Technical University of Berlin.
As an owner and investor along the entire value chain, Torsten Schmidt has been active for over 20 years in the spheres of development, transactions/finance and asset management.
In addition, he worked for foreign investors as an advisor. He successfully developed retail and residential projects, and heads a family office in Berlin (asset and property management) for residential and commercial real estate comprising 15 members. He repeatedly supports selected real estate developments and start-up enterprises close to real estate as a financier. His long experience enables him to recognise and evaluate the main risks of real estate projects, and find suitable solutions for them.
Torsten Schmidt studied Law at the FU Berlin. In addition, he completed a postgraduate-study course at the EBS Real Estate Academy of the European Business School as a real estate economist (ebs).
Since 2015 she has held various travel and office management posts at various property companies inter alia at the former ACREST Property Group GmbH (now trading as Jones Lang LaSalle Retail Asset Management GmbH) and BEOS AG.
Nadine Haupt is a qualified hotel specialist and holds a qualification as a personnel officer from BBW Hochschule Berlin.
At BRIGHT she handles a wide range of matters, including HR with all its facets.
Johannes Koch most recently accompanied several project developments at BEOS AG from 2018 to 2020. In addition, he headed property acquisition for the Berlin area and the former DDR.
Johannes Koch studied at Braunschweig Technical University and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering, majoring in civil engineering.
At BRIGHT, he is in charge of project developments and acquisitions, especially in the Hesse region.
